June 13, 2011 by

With a bit capacity of up to 6 ¼” maximum and a minimum bit size of 5/16” the new Hilti DD 110-W Hand Held Coring System is able to complete any drilling jobs that can’t be done by larger tools.

With both wet and dry coring capability in reinforced concrete and masonry, the DD 110-W is the perfect fit for a variety of applications from through holes to anchor holes and on any jobsite with limited access. Well balanced and with a weight of only 12.8 lbs., this compact tool not only drills quickly and accurately, it does so virtually dust free when fitted with the optional dust or water removal systems— which makes it ideal for indoor applications.

Equipped with Hilti’s innovative HWC Core Bits, hand-held coring in reinforced concrete becomes much quicker and less tiring. Also, with the new HDMU universal core bits, Hilti has also taken dry coring efficiency to new heights. Thanks to the laser-welded segments, these new core bits are ideal for drilling in masonry of all kinds. To further ensure quality performance, the DD 110-W is backed by Hilti Lifetime Service, a unique service agreement that includes two years of no-cost coverage.* For more information on the Hilti DD 110-W Hand Held Coring System, please contact Hilti Customer Service.
